These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyTribe mobile app and website (“Service”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

3. Location-Based Features
MyTribe uses location to find nearby activity partners.
You choose whether to enable or disable location sharing.
4. Messaging & Interactions
Users are responsible for their own interactions.
We encourage safe meeting practices and do not guarantee the behaviour of other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, and features belong to MyTribe App Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or delete your account if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Use the platform inappropriately
- Pose a safety or security risk
You may delete your account at any time by emailing us at team@mytribeapp.co.uk.
7. Liability
MyTribe provides a platform to connect people for recreational activities.
We are not responsible for:
- The actions or behaviour of other users
- Injuries, damages, or incidents during meetups
- Loss of data due to system failures or outages
Use the platform responsibly and at your own risk.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify, update or temporarily suspend parts of the app to improve the service.
