How to Delete Your MyTribe Account & Personal Data
If you would like to delete your MyTribe account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.
1. Email Request (required)
To initiate the deletion process, email us at:
team@mytribeapp.co.uk
Your email must be sent from the same email address associated with your MyTribe account, so we can verify your identity.
Please include the subject line:
“MyTribe Data Deletion Request”
2. What Will Be Deleted
When we process your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your MyTribe account
- Profile information
- Photos
- Messages
- Location data
- Matches & activity history
- Any other personal data associated with your account
This process is irreversible.
3. Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 7 days, and your data will be fully deleted within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
